Celebrating our early Christmas Lots of "baby" gifts for the almost-mom-and-dad. JC holds a book - "Me & My Dad" - he also got Dr. Seuss' "Hop On Pop" Roni holds a pillow that says "Who needs Santa when you've got Grandma!" Ain't it the truth.
Since we won't see JC & Roni for Christmas this year, we had a little early Christmas celebration the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Here JC just opened a box of onesies. This one says "Daddy & Me, Fans to the End - NJ Devils"
Roni sitting pretty as her the guests arrive for the Baby Shower. She not ony received this lovely pink boa, but she also got a pretty white feather and rhinestone "wand" to add to her future little girl's dress-up box.
Amanda found this extra large baby bottle (actually a bank) and we filled it with Jelly Belly Jellybeans. Guests tried to guess the number of jellybeans to win a prize.
My other d-i-l, Amanda, decided to make these adorable cupcakes for the Roni's baby shower. When they were all lined up they looked like dozens of little sleeping babies. SO cute.
This past weekend my d-i-l (Roni) and my oldest son (JC) came up for Thanksiving. On Friday we had small baby shower (just a few friends) for Roni. Here she is all decked out in a pink boa and golden crown.
